The one small issue here is that you actually are supposed to gain
chips when a hindrance makes trouble for the posse. So the drunk
doesn't get chips for being drunk, but for getting drunk 10 minutes
before the big fight scene.
Or, in the case of Mr. Multiple Personality, they don't get it for
pulling the Huckster persona out, but for the Shaman being in firm
control when the group is talking to a character that's got
intolerance: indians, or the consumate city-folk huckster refusing to
'step down' and let the hardened tracker out when the posse is loose in
the wilderness.
At least if you want to earnc hips.
