I don't have any members with skills that high. Though once my MA was at
Fightin' 7. A new house rule I have is for skill increase. The listing for
the description level of a skill is: Professional (4), Expert (5). So to
learn more the skill knowledge should be challenged. So it can only be
raised when a high TN challenges the skill. Professional (4) skill vs. 7.
Expert (5) vs. 9 and so on. Also, I don't have to keep track because the
players know to ask if the TN was high enough to raise their skill. It's
worked well so far.
