[DL] Making US Marshals

Hey all,

         Has anyone out there happened to make a United States Marshal as a character (either an NPC or PC)?  I am considering making one, but the slight problem I have is not exactly not knowing to to make them.  Do you use the old Law Dogs book, or do you use the player's guide?
