On page 80, there is a mention of the Deer Creek ambush.  In the 
accumulated rulings, it states that Mr. Mangold had to cut it in the final 
draft.  Was there any further information about it?  Of what did it consist 
of?  Who did the ambushing and why?  Have any of the Marshals here put in 
the ambush and are willing to share their experiences?
