I have a player that wants to play an indian tracker/scout in my next campaign. There really isn't a section in players or ghost dancers that lay everything out for non-shaman indians. From what I've been able to piece together it seems like non-shaman indians can be granted favors, right? They can't use favors that have a maximum appesement point value of more than one? And they can't store more than one point for totem animal powers either? Does this make sense to anyone? The "Old Ways" hindrance kinda confuses me too. I thought that you couldn't recieve favors if you didn't follow the Old Ways, but in Ghost Dancers, it says that you just get a +2 to ritual rolls when you have that hindrance. Which is correct? Lastly, what edges, if any, does a non-shaman indian have to buy to be able to invoke favors?
Thanks,
