How about 5 Actions on a Four of a Kind and six on a Royal Flush?
(Not that I ever actually met a player who got a Royal Flush on anything.
Most just got some Royal Backlash, but that's another story ;-) )
Or you could lower the minimum required hand, but only every second hand
grants you an extra-action.
Like Jacks: 1 Action
Three of a kind: 2 Actions
Flush: 3 Actions
Royal Flush: 5 Actions
All Actrions are spend on the second Actioncard the huckster spends while
casting.
If it turns out to be too powerful, the huckster could suffer some strain
(1 strain per action), or how about: this round the extra cards, next round
a penalty to his initiative roll.
Because, let's see:
He rolls 15 on initiative and gets 3 Action cards. Casts this hex, get's a
Flush. on his 2nd Action he starts to shoot like wild or dances like a
butterfly and stings like a bee. Then he spends his last action on whatever
(maybe checking if someone's still alive)
Next round, he gets a penalty to his initative roll, like -1 for every
additional action.
