My brother plays an Indian in my group. She is probably my favorite
character in the group. Her name is Wind in her Hair and she is a legitimate
bad ass. She has Shaman powers in addition to being a good warrior. Her own
people consider her a witch so you can imagine how the white man think of
her. It doesn't help that she barely talks and she wears a Union Cavalry hat
(we are in the CSA though) and little else. She's pretty attractive to boot.
Yep, he plays the ferner hindrance for all it's worth.

But I think it helps that my brother has always been interested in Indians
(we are Mexican/Irish and my grandma is part Indiana. I'm ashamed to say I
don't know what tribe). He took Indian studies and literature classes in
college and he really did a lot of research to make this character. He knows
a lot about the tribe and their customs.

I have run three other groups for a short time and two of them had Indians,
although one was an NPC.
