Oh, I'm afraid this isn't correct. In HoE we can find
the edge "Veteran of the WASTED West", that gives you
fifteen extra points with a possibility of something
really heavy for your character (one-arm, for example,
or too old).

This Edge is called "Veteran of the Weird West" in the
original Deadlands, and it has the same effect.
