I had a player run an Indian character. He was of indeterminate tribe 
(didn't have Ghost Dancers when we started the campaign, I think he finally 
settled on Apache) and decided to name his character Chakotay Ironhorse 
(later Billy). His signature attack in combat was to tie dynamite to his 
arrows and let fly, a la Bo & Luke Duke. Being a big fan o' the ol Duke Boys 
m'self, I gave him a decent Fate Chip bonus for that the first time he did 
it.
