Responding to two, separate topics...

First off, Mr. McGlothlin, I noticed the references to The Prisoner & Blues
Brothers (at which I groaned considerably), but I assumed that they were so
obvious, everyone picked up on them.  I mean, come on, how many times have
you heard, "No ma'am, we're musicians." to every straight line given by a
third party?  (ie: "Are you Shoffner, party of 4?" "Do you work here?" "Do
you know anything about [blank]?" etc....)  Sorry I didn't point that out to
you months ago, thereby making your day in advance.


Regarding Living Houses, oh yeah!  My favorite abomination I have yet to
use.  I have always hated using haunted houses in Call of Cthulhu after one
party said, "Man, screw this; I say we just burn the place down to the
ground, site unseen!"  Kind of hard to do that if you make the mistake of
entering & can't get out....  Also reminds me of an old Monty Python skit
called "The House Hunters!"
