I know but however loyal the Chaplains are to the South, I would expect
them to be more loyal to their God - they are Blessed after all.  So if
they gain some first hand evidence that suggests to them that the South
was using abominations I would exepect that they would still use their
powers for the good of the South - however wouldn't do it under the
Chaplain Corps banner or under Gen. King's command no matter what the
"bad news" was.
