Mine carry over as well, and I also follow the 10-chip limit.  I'm really
surprised to hear that you've been able to collect that many.  I'm rarely
able to carry over more than three or four chips.  What's contributed to
your being able to gather them?  Are your bad guys tough enough that you
don't need to use chips very often?
