Well, I put very little specific planning into my games.  I tend to
Marshal/GM very off the cuff.  Typically I look at the map of the area, in
DL case North America, and decide what is happening in different areas.
Where ever the posse travels, I let them stumble onto the plot that is
happening there and deal with it.  I use a three ring binder for my notes
since my computer is not portable.  A lot of my random thoughts go on my
computer, but I print them out and move them to the binder for the game.
