[DL] making guns

So, in dealing with making new guns, pretty much an intensive labor.  Okay.
I didn't think about the patents on shooting mechanisms, but that does make
sense.  Hmmm....  Wonder if it would be feasible for said gun bunny to draft
out his gun type, & send it to Smith & Robards for crafting.  Heck, they
hand craft everything already....  But I guess that might make it fit into
the gizmo category then....  True, it isn't a true MS gizmo, but it is a one
of a kind item, & it wouldn't have the reliability of a massed produced gun.
Maybe do a Junker thing where it can have a reliability over 20, but certain
things can drop that score down a few points.
