[DL] "other" systems

I agree with the previous comments about the D20 reviewer, but I have a slight pick to give about another product.  The GURPs Deadlands.  Now, I love the GURPs sourcebooks, they are always a good source of info and ideas.  However, has anybody else looked through this book?  Almost all of the Marshall's section is out the begining as part of the recap.  Now, one thing I love about Deadlands is the secret part of it.  Never knowing what is coming next (once I got over what was happening in my town!), and this gives away large secrets.  Mind you, I'm saying gurps is a bad system or starting a flame war.  I'm just really surprised by this.  
BTW, what do those of you with the Texas Rangers sourcebook think?  I've got to pay bills before I can get it (darn real life....).  So, W/O spoilers, what can you say?
