[DL] Whatleys and such

In an old group I was in, there was a Blood Mage Whatley.  Now all of our GM's are Lovecraft fans of various degrees, so the Whatleys were sort of the "boogeymen (and women!) of our games.  I always thought about using another family to give the Whatleys some competion.  The Usher's (minus the weaknesses that affected two of a now ended branch of the family) and the Peacocks (from "X-Files").  Never got the chance to use them, but always nice to have a back up.  :)  Feel free to use.
