Finland, I am also still waiting for my copy. When it came out last month,
my local RPG store told me, that it might take a month, depending on their
sources. I checked yesterday, but alas, no Lone Stars yet.

The worst case was MiBD, for which I waited for three months. Sometimes,
though, they get here in a week.

And the shipping directly from peg costs $20 and also takes a week, at
least.
