Ah. No wonder the name sounded a bit familiar. He's mentioned in the
Hexarcana too, if I'm not mistaken.

Ok. The Fortress o' Fear just mentiones, that the gadgets used in the
future aren't products of mad science, so I had to check.

(There, my friends, is the poorest of the poor DL books, IMO. Meaning
Fortress of Fear, of course.)
