That's patantly untrue. They have one historical NPC mentioned in Junkman Cometh who was an MS, Huckster and eventually Shaman.
Psykers can uses Enlightened martial arts exactly because they are basically the same thing.

I think there are others but the point is made with those, ABs all call upon something in the hunting grounds but that something is very different between the ABs..
