         This really doesn't sound like the Agency at all.  Given how few Agents there really are in the Agency that are Hucksters (even few, since one was killed in Gomorra), I really cannot see them coming up with something like this.  Give how dangerous it is, how weary the Agency is of all ABs (Enlightened and Blessed included), plus all of the other things needed to keep the character going....like Strain, Blacklash, and Sinnin'....it really wouldn't be worth the effort.
