[DL] Shipping notice [SHANE]

I ordered Lone Stars & the Unity about two weeks ago. Now, does Peginc send a shipping notice, when an order actually gets shipped, or not?

And how much time has to pass before peginc acknowledges that a package has been lost during transfer?
I hope and I'm pretty sure that I'll get the books, but hey, I just had a looooong e-mail-discussion with the guys at dvdboxoffice.com because of one of my orders that still didn't reach me.
And they told me, that they will resend a package only if the original one didn't reach it's (international) destination in up to 8 weeks.

So, I just want to know what day I should mark in my calendar before I write a bitter and heartbreaking complaint to peginc. ;-)
