[DL] Hindrances & Edges

Not that I'm going to rehash this, but man; no wonder Marshal Brock had a
confusing time here-- you guys are more confusing in handling a simple
ruling than the IRS....


"....now when you add the S+I+C points to the hindrance value, you come up
with a product that can be spent on your skill allotment that will...."

Couldn't ya just say, "Hindrances give you points to spend on Edges"?  Yeah,
that's not completely true, but it works.


Not that I'm getting on anyone's case, but I just wanted to post this for a
certain someone on the OT list who couldn't figure out why Brock had a hard
time with all of this.....
