You are correct True Ressurection can even be used to "cure" harrowed
restoring them to human... Of course you have to beat a fearmonger before
you can get a divine intevention point, so it's not really cheap... plus
it's an incredible faith roll...

If I remember correctly, there is a (limited) true ressurection miracle
in Fire and Brimstone... Being 'brought back to life' in the Deadlands
setting definitely doesn;t have to be with a Manitou, jokes to the
contrary.
