Has there been a ruling on the Gambler's Luck hex from Huckster's and Hexes?
  For anyone unfamiliar with the hex it allows a huckster to spend a white
chip and depending on what they get receive more chips.  It is possible for
a huckster to get as much bounty as they want with this which easily makes
it the most unbalancing hex ever.  Any help is appreciated.

This hex is seriously broken (IMHO). My suggestion is to require the player
pay his highest value chip as opposed to one measly white to initiate the
hex.
