         "Shoot it or recruit it" applies only to those with a supernatural 
bent; the original post was about mundane criminals. If they can't throw a 
hex or something, a Ranger's got higher priorities than expending a lot of 
worry over them. Better to lock 'em up or gun 'em down before they raise 
the Fear Level.
