I believe the way it works is that the Manitou can gain total Dominion and be in control full-time. However, the character cannot gain full control even if he gets all of the Dominion points. It's a game balance issue. I think it's in the AR somewhere. Nick Zachariasen Editor Emeritus Trojan Times
