Sounds like your crew is already looking for trouble!
If you *really* want to piss them off, don't give them the satisfaction,
just let the locals continue to ignore them, or if they act up, have the
Sheriff close by to arrest them.

Damn, if you *really* want to annoy them have the Sheriff arrest them as
soon as they enter town, for "Acting Suspicious."  If they don't obey the
law, than you have a much bigger problem on your hands...
