nobody ever uses that book anymore.

Well.  It has pistols, rifles and knives in here.  Oh wow!  Did you see 
here where rustlers, on alternate blue moons, get's a +42 to hit with 
rifle, but only if he is of Elven blood and is using the Mercurial rifle.
