[DL] Fightin': Agency sword cane [Shane/John]

My apologies if this has been asked and answered before; I couldn't find
anything in the Pinnacle errata or the accumulated rulings.

I was reading through "The Agency" again, and was tempted to use the sword
cane (p.93) for one of my campaign's NPCs, a thoroughly nasty Pinkerton
cleaner (the campaign hasn't yet reached the point where the two groups
split). The description makes a reference to the fightin': Agency sword cane
aptitude, which seems to have been cut from the book.

Is there a writeup of this aptitude still floating around anywhere?
