In all honesty, M, I am now more amused than anything else. I have two
"badges of honor" if I want to think of them that way...
It is one of those things that happen, and I accepted the risk when I was
willing to take Vet. I knew that the character could become unplayable, and
in a way, she did. Had she been a Mad Scientist (or my new, aforementioned
Blessed, Ms. Utterly Wholesome Parker) it might not have been NEARLY so bad.
I have to admit, plotting to attempt to kill one of the NPC's was fun, and
it was great to drain the Marshal's chip stack a bit!
Besides, it makes for a good story...
