OK, there we go.

The Ghost, officially, having had a disastrous tangle with his manitou 
spurred on by more then a few factors (one of which needs not be mentioned) 
turned himself over to the Agency to be taken to Denver for 
examination.  They have replaced him with a new head for the western branch 
office.
