"Faction book" is kind of a misnomer. Makes it sound like a splatbook or
something, which is really isn't.
Yes, the Agency book is a book about the generic Agency, although there are a
few references to Doomtown related people and things within it (as well as a
capsulated entry on the end of the first Doomtown arc...what really happened).
The Collegium was originally an invention of the card game, but the idea was
solid enough to evolve into a group that exists outside it (both to Ghost
Creek and to a merger with Wasach).
The Black Circle is a merger of two already existing major power groups in
the Weird West [Black River railroad and Bayou Vermillion railroad] and one
that started minor (a mention in City o'Gloom) and became major probably due
to its affiliation with Doomtown [Whateleys] (as has its expansion into
RangeWars).
Those are the only three books so far that are "specifically" aimed at
Doomtown factions. I suppose it could be argued that Lost Angels could
qualify, but that book was released long before the Angels ever became a
faction, as was Ghost Dancers before the Sioux got involved.
The Law Dogs are the Sheriff's office for the town. Info in Law Dogs.
Black Jacks are just an outlaw outfit. Generic info in Law Dogs.
There are rumours of a Rangers book to come at some point.
We still have little or no information about SweetRock mining (barring an
outpost in Canyon o'Doom), and only vague information about Kang (found in
The Great Maze Rain o'Terror and Fortress o'Fear).
