I couldn't download either version under Netscape.  The link has
a space in it, which URLs can't have.  Internet Explorer figures
out what you mean and fixes it, but some other browsers (like
Netscape) aren't amused.  Replacing the space with %20 fixes it
right up.  These links should work fine for any browser:
