    Now, just call me old-fashioned, but there's no way I'm going to spend
money to download a book off the internet.  Word has it is that the quality
of the downloads is not very good, and some of them won't download at all.
I swear, if these people don't tighten up pretty soon, they're liable to
lose me as a customer after Waste Warriors, provided it even comes out at
all (if it doesn't, they've definitely lost me).  I've about had it with no
new Hell on Earth products and little or no customer service from the
Cybergames side of things.
