[DL] Quality of Downloaded books (SHANE&PEG Folk)

Ok, I just downloaded the first of the downloadable Books from
Pinnacle's site and I am now going to reissue my complaints regarding
the quality of the graphics in the "E-books".  Basically, the quality
needs to be improved.  The maps in the adventure in E3 come out very
blurry, as do all the graphics.  Now I may be being overly critical
because I work in the print industry and have to troubleshoot graphics
problems like this on a daily basis, but I know you guys can do better
then this.  I know there is file size and bandwidth to consider, but I
think that there should at least be an option for a higher resolution
file to be downloaded for those of us who are willing to wait to get the
good quality.  Also, in Perdition's Daughter, All of the even numbered
pages have "PB" listed as their page number.

Anyways, I'd like to hear your guys side to the story, and as a side
note that you might want to pass on to the big bad bosses, tell them to
test their frigging stuff before they post it to the site.  I bought all
seven of the "E-books" that they have posted to the site, and 5 of them
gave me a server error when I tried to download them.  I have already
e-mailed them about it, but i figured you all would like to know.  It's
just not cool to pay for $43.00 worth of stuff and then only be able to
download $7.00 of it.
