Cardstock Cowboys are very worth it.  I can't speak for the Weird West
ones, since I only got the HoE package, though.  Even as a miniatures
gamer, the cardstock cowboys are endlessly helpful, since you're rarely
going to have minis for everything (even I don't, and I'm the one who
dropped $90 on GRW figures that were 75% off).
Of course, I'd rather have lead figures of EVERYTHING, but cardstock
minis still beat using dice and board game pieces.
