As it states in S&R, there's a substantial building penalty for trying to
work from the blueprints of another MS.  Of course, this assumes that the
posse is working from blueprints.  If there's nothing at all, I wouldn't
even allow them to figure out how it works.  After all, the manitous are the
ones who make it make sense to the MS who built it in the first place.  If
they wanted your posse's MS to build it, they would have inspired him to do
so.
