What, they would open an empty casket? I might be a little dense here, hell
I am sure I am a little dense, what did you think would happen. I think this
would be rather anti-climatic. No body, people wonder and then people talk
about him not being dead, or that the body is buried in a secret grave.

We all know what he has really been doing in the western branch office for
the agency. If you had something cool in mind as an idea, spill it.

You're probably all familiar with the practice of resurrectionists, or body
snatchers, who dug up fresh corpses to sell to medical colleges. However, I
heard recently that a counterfeiting gang attempted to rob the grave of
Abraham Lincoln in 1876 in order to hold the body for ransom- namely
$200,000 in gold, and the release of their master engraver.

As they were pulling the casket out of the tomb, they were foiled by the
Secret Service, who had infiltrated the gang. The body snatchers actually
escaped, only to be captured in Chicago 10 days later.

Imagine how this would have gone in Deadlands...
