[DL] Question about Calculating Wind

I am sure this has been covered but I can't find my bookmark for the 
accumulated rulings websites.  If someone could send that as well as answer 
the following question I would be extremely grateful.

I understand that be way to calculate Wind is Spirit + Vigor die types.  
However my new character has taken the 5 point flaw Geezer which lowers my 
Vigor by two steps.  My question is do I take the Vigor die type before or 
after the adjustment in order to calculate my Wind?
