Such as?
IMNSHO, the *only* fantasy game better than D&D is WFRP,
because it is the one game that captured the whole aspect
from fantasy literature of unknown evils hiding in the
shadows of Empires.  Plus, the introduction of the fact
that magical power came with a price...
