One final thing.
Depending on how your admins have the exchange server set up, you have to go even further to FORCE plain text:
1. In your address book (contacts), choose the list
2. Choose (F)ile (P)roperties
3. Click the Send Options Button
4. Choose the "I want to specify message format for this recipient" Box
5. Choose Plain Text/UUencode
