[DL] Fannin' and Shootin': Auto

We've had the same problem with multiple rounds hitting a target. So here's 
another house rule for y'all.

Fannin', take the -4 for fannin, then for every bullet fired you get a +1. 
It compinsates for throwing more lead. Now the maximum bonus you could get 
would be +6 for six rounds, netting a +2 overall. It might mean you will hit 
with multiple shots. Especially with the high skill shooters. However, they 
have to reload next round.
