I would increase the damange die type a step to reflect increased
sharpness. I agree that it shouldn't be treated as a magic weapon,
however. After all, by that logic, you could bludgeon to death
abominations resistant to mundane damage using *any*thing made of Ghost
Steel. Which is kinda silly.

Want to be _really_ mean? Have the blessing free the damned souls in the
steel. Now you just have plain ol' steel, or possibly not even that.
