[DL] The Whateleys

Okay, what's the scoop on these guys? I know they're featured in the
upcoming "The Black Circle". I'm pretty sure they're in Range Wars. But
are they meant to be the Whateleys of Dunwich fame? If so, how blatant
is the connection?

And while we're on the subject, what is this "new magic" that's to be
featured in "The Black Circle"? Will it add a bit more flavor to the
(IMHO) rather bland Black Magic rules?
