More info on the Mad Scientist:

He works the Mechanical contraptions more than anything else.  Looking over
his character last night he has high Tinkerin' and Gunsmithin'.  So it is
looking like a wannabe weapon designer.  So the cursed tool kit is starting
to sound like a good idea.  I was also thinking of having something he owns
be a gremlin attractor.
