[DL] High Noon

Has anyone seen the High Noon rules? I am anxiously
awaiting them so as to sucker all the Mordheim and
WHFB players in our area into playing High Noon
instead. (;

Unfortunately, that's rather hard to do without the
ruleset...

Fear Level is higher, that's all! (; )
