[DL] Huckster odds

Well, that wizard Brett struck again.  

I now have updated data for the Huckster's odds charts at
http://www.darious.com/deadlands/odds/

There are now two types of charts - the standard poker hands odds, and the
odds that use Dead Man's Hand.  (aka Soul Blast).

The .xls versions include the raw numbers and there is now a .htm version
(instead of a .pdf version).
