Well here's my two cents. I have been working up a
vampire power package using the the vampire presented
in the main book as a template. One of the tricks I've
come up with is called Infectious Bite. Basicly it
turns people into vampires. It can also effect deltas
but in a delta it has the side effect of overwriting a
delta's existing power package with the vampire
package. It is my own way of keeping a power balance
in the game.
