I always thought it would be cool to have a char. like Samuel L. Jackson's
in Unbreakable. He might be a delta genius (or not) but has decided that
the world needs more deltas. Hell, maybe he thinks he's a good guy and is
just trying to increase the number of deltas to help "protect" people.

It would make for an interesting series of adventures as a group tries to
track down who is causing all the terrorist actions (that seem random).
Maybe, in an act of total plagarism (stop here if you haven't seen the
movie BTW)...



... it turns out that "The Terrorist" as he's called actually caused the
incidents that made the group into deltas.
In fact I'll try to write some stuff up for Caiman City on this. The
Terrorist could even be The Badge's arch-enemy...
