They're open again; Herbert bought more access from his ISP.

Also bear in mind that if you load up a picture generator, it stays in your
browser; you don't have to stay online to use it. Just open seperate windows
for each version of the generator, and play with them while offline.

Do a screen capture (Alt+PrintScreen for PCs), and paste it into whatever
graphic software you have. That also lets you add textures and special
effects...
